Please note: Students must confirm their student status during registration. Please provide a scanned copy of the student ID or a letter from the faculty. Please note that the document has to be written in English.
The student category means PhD student, Master's student, Bachleor's student.

GROUP REGISTRATION:
Groups of 5 people or more can use an excel file to register and get a 10% discount. Please fill in this form in Excel and send in to the secretariat at bbbb2024@publicon.ee and they will send you an invoice via e-mail.

Otherwise, the higher fee automatically applies for the registration, and you will receive a new invoice from Delegate Services. According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for people from Belarus and Russia.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the BBBB2024 events in Tartu, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking (if required by the issuing country) and full payment have been received. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to people who have not registered and paid in full. 

All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organisers. All expenses incurred in relation to the delegate’s attendance at the event are the sole responsibility of the delegate and the event organisers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.

In case of visa refusal, we will refund the registration fee based on the cancellation terms which can be found here.
